Need some audio tips for one man DSLR shooter!

Hope someone can add some helpful input. Trying to learn video shooting and get my head around good audio!

I have an outdoor video scene to shoot this week. It will involve 2 actors with a couple lines of dialogue each.

I will be shooting with a Canon 7d. I already have a Zoom h4n which I have used as a mic and recorder at events and synched the audio in post. I also have a Rode videomic.

I have a small budget to hire some stuff but not much time to practice with it. What should I do?

The way I see it:
Option 1: Hire a boom mic and plug that into the Zoom and find a helper to use it on the shoot. (Who wont have experience of this!)

Option 2: Hire 2 wireless radio mics for each actor and plug both receivers into the Zoom. Use the camera for ambient sound with rode videomic and/or record ambient sound afterwards with Zoom.

Would those options work?

What would people recommend?

Any tips would be much appreciated.
