I'm building a tutorial video and do short screen capture sequences. What I wish to do is to convert the screen capture to double speed so that when the end user plays it, it is running as normal for him, but is fact 2x the original capture.
Example: if I had a 20 second screen capture at 15 fps I have a total of 300 frames. I want to end up with running those 300 frames at 30 fps and a video duration of 10 seconds.
Is there an relatively low cost editor that would let me do this, or is there a standard technique that maybe I'm missing? I'm using MS Encoder 4 and have a couple of consmer level editors (e.g. video wave, etc).
