Help choosing a video editing system for a Newbie
on Mar 14, 2009 at 10:43:37 am

I am looking to get a computer for home movie DTV as well as make short 5 minute videos for a knowledge based web site.

I want the best I am going to use but not pay for overkill.

I have read the articles here for recommended systems but just want someone to fill in the blanks.

The videoguys are knowledgeable but don't have time or patients for newbies.

Where do i find someone that not only knows what the video guys know but has the time and patients to hand hold me through the process.

Is there another site like the videoguys but made for home movie people

TIP someone should start a web business that caters to home movie makers, that provides knowledge as well as system design, camera & software sales -

People love to spend money on hobbies this could be a great business opportunity

Thank You in Advance

Try digitaljuice.com. Very helpful and they even have some media perfect to enhance your home videos.

Turnkey Systems

The Video Guys refer to Turnkey NLE providers in their web site.

But, they never tell you who those turnkey providers are.

Has anyone cracked the code?

Who are the recommended Turnkey Providers?

Thanks
