Premiere Pro CS3 Scratch Disks

I'm sure that this has been answered somewhere, however I couldn't find it:

I was wondering the best way to configure my Scratch Disks

My current configuration:
Drive 1: 3 partitions (System/Pictures/Music)
Drive 2: 400g (empty)
Drive 3: 750g (empty)
Drive 4: 500g (EXTERNAL BACKUP)

Originally Disk 3 was also a 400gb, but I RMA'd it back to Seagate. They sent back a 750gb in it's place. If I had received another 400gb I was going to set up the two drives in a RAID 0. I am only working with SD, so i should be fine with seperate drives.

I was thinking of using the 750g for Video Captures and the 400gb for All others (Audio Captures, Video & Audio Previews and the Media Cache.)

Should I leave the Project File on my System Drive or put it with the Previews, etc.?

Any suggestions would be appreiated.
