*** UPDATE ***
I'm going to answer my own post since after almost a week I just got an update from PNY on this question. Bottom line, the FX1500 + Breakout box will NOT support dual monitors + real time monitoring to a TV via the breakout box.
This is the response from PNY Tech Support:
The FX 1500 supports up to two simultaneous output displays. You cannot run two monitors and a HDTV output at the same time.

To me this is very deceptive advertising, there should be a disclaimer somewhere on either the PNY site and the Videoguys site to state the there is only DVI + DVI (or Analog + Analog) but no 2 + TV combo.
This should be an FYI to any prospective FX1500 buyer.
I'm trying to get a solid answer on something and can't get it from anywhere online or the answers are so vague that you can't make a decision based on the responses.
Question, when using a FX1500 with dual LCD can you run HDV previews on the Component Out of the breakout box?
I've attempted to contact PNY, they don't reply, NVidia says to contact PNY and that they're not sure becuase the breakout is from PNY not them and I don't want to make a costly mistake to find out that I can't do something with a nice expensive card that I won't be able to return.
So does the FX1500 work like the APVe (which I own) in which you can span your desktop and still get previews to the HDTV via component.
