Hello,

I have HP WinXP, 3.40GHz/2MB 800FSB Pentium 4 CPU,1GB(2x512MB)DDR2-533 ECC,FireGL V3100,160GB SATA 3Gb/s NCQ 7200, 300GB AV Drive.

I would like to run Martox RT.X2 with Adobe Premier 2. It installes perfect but when I try to load the software it gives me The error says something along the lines of "The hardware does not meet the minimum requirements...".

What would be cause of this error?

I will appreciate your quick response.

Thanks,
Yash

Do you get the error when installing PP2.0 OR the drivers/software for the Matrox card?
did you call HP?
Look under system properties, make sure your CPU is set to it's fullest MHz (3.4MHz). if it is set correctly and it sees your 1GB...
see if there is a MOBO BIOS update. I am not sure what Adobe does to see if your computer meets min. specs.

PP2.0 worked fine for me w/ 1gb, although I put a total of two in, to speed things up.

call adobe, the error must generate a log for tech support to see which item doesn't meet 'spec.'

Thanks,

I also think 1 GB would be enough but my problem is I sold this unit to my customer overseas and now I am having this problem to solve it. What would be best bet to solve this issue.

Thanks,
Yash
