I'm having some problems with my TerraBlock Manager. On multiple machines, I will mount drives as write and once I open Avid Media Composer it will change the drives from write to read. I've tried rebooting all machines including the TerraBlock. No luck.
In the TerraBlock Manager, it is also saying that Unit#12 is "RECOVERING."
The SM Manager is also giving me a lot of block offset error messages.
The TerraBlock is connected to 3 PC's by fibre. All machines are running Windows 7 Professional. All machines are running Avid Media Composer 8.9.1. The TerraBlock Manager is version 5.0.3.
It sounds like your issues may be because of drive problems.
You should send the system event log from the Terrablock Server to our support team along with any client side error messages, behavior, etc.
To get the system event logs.
1. Right-Click on "Computer" and choose "Manage"
2. Click "Event Viewer" (on the left side of the window)
3. Under Event Viewer open Windows Logs
4. Right-Click "System" and click "Save All Events As"
