Anyone here using Arctic Whitness Library Manager?

I'm thinking about getting the Arctic Lightness Library Manager. I'm just curious to see if anyone on this forum uses it and, if so, if they'd recommend it. This is what I'm talking about: http://www.arcticwhiteness.com/finalcutlibrarymanager/

I use it frequently - very handy utility.

Have you tried the demo?

It's very good, and the developers are super responsive. I will say that if you have a lot of Libraries (50-60 or more) it can sometimes get a little bogged down. For basic cleaning out of Libraries before archiving, I use a little app called X-Wiper. Does one thing, and does it well.

I'm not a big fan of the way it manages its lists of hard drives. Maybe I'm using ti wrong but I seem to spend a lot of time removing catalogues of drives I have no interest in it remembering. If I plug in a drive for five minutes, it's determined to add it to the list, which can get very long and unmanageable.

Apart from that, I use it a lot and it really like how it keeps track of media and warns me if I'm about to delete optimised media where the original media is no longer available.
