I've installed the plugin and the utility but still I can't see c300 footage in the import window. I can see it just fine in the canon utility. I have a hard drive from the client. On the drive is a folder with the name of the shoot, and within that a contents folder. I I drag the whole folder to the event, it says there's nothing it can recognize or import. If I access the folder from the import window it thinks for a quick second and then it's blank. Am I missing something?
I use C300/100 footage every day for last couple years. Never had a problem using the Canon plugin. Just popped over to the Canon download page, and I see there's a (much) newer import plugin available (as of 6/26/14). If you just downloaded, perhaps a bug in the new version? Maybe Canon can send you an old version to test.
