Time Remap Handles in Timeline
on May 17, 2014 at 5:33:22 pm

I'm looking for a keystroke or something that will allow me to reset the range of a time remapped clip without adjusting the timing. Jus the location of the frame it starts/stops on.

Sometimes I can't figure out how to ask the question, so Google and FCPX help isn't helping. Does anyone have a trick for this?

Thanks!

Double-click on the blade speed cut point. You should get a little dialog box called Speed Transition. Hit edit. It brings up a little film strip icon on the speed cut point. Drag to your heart's content! ;)

Thank you Michael! You have an appreciative new follower.

Looking forward to watching your FCPX color correction to see if I am missing any more tricks!
