Disable mirror on desktop?
on Apr 17, 2014 at 5:07:25 pm

Hi there,

Just recently upgraded to Final Cut Pro X (10.1.1) and with the new Mac Pro and Blackmagic Ultra 4K. This must sound like a stupid question but... In FCP7, I had the option to disable mirror on desktop while viewing to my external display. However, I can't seem to find that option in FCPX. I'm guessing it must be placed somewhere I haven't found yet.

If you're talking not seeing the timeline viewer while monitoring externally, sorry been a long time since I used FCP7, then nope - you haven't missed anything. There's no option to do that.
