Trimming Audio w/o Moving Audio Levels
on Jan 9, 2014 at 3:53:27 am

Hi,

I have noticed that when I use the Trim Tool on an audio track to subsequently move the song forward/backward, it moves the audio keyframes/levels with it. It doesn't happen instantaneously. Takes about 10 secs. But I had noticed all of my levels were off and figured out this was why.

Anyone know how to use the Trim Tool on audio WITHOUT moving the keyframes?

Thx!

To my knowledge you slip while keeping keyframes stationary. However, you can shift-click the first and last keyframe, which selects all the keyframes in the middle and then move them all together (which is pretty freakin' awesome). It looks like you are on 10.0.x. You'd need to update to 10.1 to get this functionality.
