This is pretty cool - not sure if pre 10.1 did this but..

In an audio track, create to key frames. Put the cursor between the two keyframes - the cursor becomes the weird cross hairs. Hold down the mouse key and drag left or right.

That's neat!

Or up and down - yes, this can save a lot of time, pretty neat.

Michael - Great tip! I had wondered about the four-direction indicator but the tutorials I watched made no mention of it. Thank you.

Use the range tool to select multiple keyframes to drag or to copy and paste. All new 10.1. Works on all types of keyframes.
