Working PluralEyes & Adobe Media Encoder

Hey guys, I'm a newbie here, got a Premier project with 3 tracks and multiple clips that need to be synced together. Someone told me about PluralEyes so I thought I'd give it a try. Downloaded the demo and when it refused to open my project file I exported it into Final Cut Pro XML. Then opened it with PluralEyes and things seem to be going well, until it wants to open AME. It does open it, but then nothing happens.. it just waits... am I suppose to do something at this point??

AME just says - Please drag files to encode

PluralEyes just says - "PluralEyes needs to use the AME and controls the user interface directly, please do not be alarmed"

It's not controlling anything directly! or indirectly! what's the next step here?

Your help is MUCH APPRECIATED
