More FCPX

Music video I just shot and cut in X for the movie Saved by Grace which I also cut in FCPX. Zero budget music video shot with 5D MkIII and 70-200 f2.8 in about 2 hours in a park full of people lol.. Movie shot mostly with Red Dragon. DJI Inspire used on aerials.

It was at a Vegas premiere that I resolved to become an avid FCPX user.

That looks amazing. What 5D3 codec did you use -- IPB, All-I, Magic Lantern raw or external ProRes recorder? Did you use any shooting aids like Zacuto EVF or shoulder rig? Was it only the 70-200 at f/2.8 or did you also use a tele-converter? What color correction/grading software did you use?

Thanks! Yes All-I. I did have a short 2 foot Kessler slider and did use a 2x tele on a lot of it which helped blow out the background although it does limit you to f5.6. All color done in FCPX with the Color board and CrumplePop ColorKit which I've had for quite a while but never used - it helped give a slightly more filmic contrast that I liked. No eyepiece used just the screen. Movie was shot on Dragon at 4K with some DJI Inspire for aerials.
