Mal ein wenig schamlose Eigenwerbung...! :D

Endlich ist es soweit! (*schwitz*)

Also schnell! :)

(Für eine evtl. Rezensionskopie, einfach eine Mail an mich!)

to be fair, I've never actually seen bieberkopf crack out some german.
A good flame war in german is one trick I always felt was missed.

Back. And no. Or alternatively, Bieberkopf, in hard flourishing german, is basically built to take this on below Alexanderplatz where the man began.

I couldn't care if he's not german, but that's no reason not to address him in really bad half forgotten german.

Wie gehts Franz? Was denkst du? Nicht aber el jollies sind hier. magst du dis? Mein Irische deutsch ist sehr, sehr kartoffeln schlecht. Aber jetzt, ja und so besser spargel heute sind.

Robin,

German is one of my native languages, so I have watched your presentation and I find your training method very appealing. I think if the training series was also available in English it would be one of the most popular ones around.

A few days ago I had a long conversation with a bunch of editors at a Swedish television station. FCP X is becoming really big in the Nordic countries. When I asked them what they had missed most during their transition to FCP X many of them replied: a proper step-by-step training program that is specifically oriented towards professional users. From the few things I have seen I think your way if training fits better into this category than any training package I know. Just my opinion.

Wow. Thank you Ronny! I'm truly flattered! And after all that work it's very nice to hear that!

But... seeing that there already are several very competent offerings (who are also friends), such as Ripple Training and others, I'm not too sure how that would fly. But believe me, you're not the first to suggest doing an english version. Only it's just a *huge* amount of work and with the german version I'm at least (currently) the ONLY one with comprehensive training. So kinda the big fish in a little pond as opposed to the other way around, as it would be in the english language market. And even though I have a finished product, the english version would only be nominally less work... and just the thought of that right now.... eek. :D

I still have a german multicam training to release next week, then I just want to take a friggen BREAK! :D After that I still want to finally do a MOTION training, which is really my true pet project, coming more from a compositing background.

But again, thank you very much for your input and I'll certainly keep your suggestion in mind and ponder it (again) when the (spare) time comes! ;)

Cheers!
Robin

A complete Motion training made by someone who is actually coming from a compositing background is something I will absolutely be looking forward to. Have a nice break!
