It also includes a section for 'ProApps'. Just doing a little test, it appears online chat is predictably for iPhone/Mac related typical issues. If you have a ProApps problem, you can select a time for them to call you directly.
I didn't have an actual problem to get them to call me about, but if anyone ends up using this please report back how the ProApps support works.
