I found this post on the Premiere forum, and it looks as if Adobe is actively seeking our input from both Cloud users and potential users - there's an input form with lots of room for opinions and thoughts. Thanks to Matt Gal for posting it:

A bit manipulative questionary.
The third question of the first page leave me out of the game.
No one of the three options match my opinion.

Totally agree with that! LOL I filled it out nonetheless (by filling out the 4 option(s), and basically wrote that the #1 main reason I don't think I'd go that route is price. I personally don't need all the extra programs nor would I want to pay to have them sit on my computer. Each year, they could raise the rate (see introductory rate @ $29.99/yr = $359.88, then $49.99/yr = $599.88 for the year), whereas the upgrade to the software I'm using (production premium) is $375. And, if they do raise it to a ridiculous amount or we have a bad year, we can still continue to use our purchased software for years if needed. Sorry, but their whole cloud idea sounds good in the beginning, but in the end we have very little to show. On a side note, I heavily enjoy my paid off vehicle. It's nice not having that car payment, even though I may have to pay a few bucks every few months for service. Just sayin....

Yes i noticed that too. This survey is either rigged to make the cloud look like its the solution that all want. or there will be no cs7. Maybe its just last years survey.

I can't imagine what kind of useful information they will get out of this, but I answered it anyway - with some very pointed comments where they were allowed.

That's just what I did as well, Tim - I think the comments fields are the only really useful part of the form. I just hope that it's not an old, dead form which was just floating around in the ether. If so, I apologize for posting it.

It's not an old form. I filled it out and got a response with a discount to AdobeMax 2013.

I also responded similarly to everyone else. My comments were that it wasn't a lack of understanding that kept me from the cloud, but the price. This tends to be a bit of arrogant propaganda that I continually hear coming from Adobe: If you're not singing the praises of "The Cloud" it's because you don't understand how it works, or can't visualize the advantages. To paraphrase Clinton, "It's the economics, stupid." I guarantee you that just about every one of us who is reluctant about The Cloud would instantly become Creative Cloud cheerleaders if it cost $20 a month, and was locked at that rate.
