I recently completed my first edit in Resolve, a much more enjoyable experience than my recent experiences with Premier Pro! If you haven't looked at Resolve for a while I would certainly recommend spending a little time with it again, it's come on leaps and bounds. There's also 8 hours of free training on the BMD YouTube Channel which is very useful.
Thanks for the link and the info that they have lots of new hours of tutorials on their Youtube Channel. I downloaded them, to take a look. I'm happy with FCPX, but you cannot be *not* impressed with the pace of innovation and development at Black Magic.
These tutorials could help a lot to learn the program.
(If FCPX had a good built in 3D tracker for every effect, including color corrections, and a mixer that's connected with the Audio Lanes, I think it could do a lot of finishing as well - but that's off topic)
