Varavon Birdycam juddering

Hi guys, I have just bought a Varavon Birdycam 2 with my canon 70d and 18-135mm lens and after playing around with the setting to so that the motors vibrated I had the gimbal working. Only problem now is if the gimbal is turned to the left or right, it judders badly and I'm afraid I cannot figure out why. I've balanced it through the system on my laptop and it appears to be in working order otherwise. If anyone has any idea of what to do it would be greatly appreciated as I need it to film relatively soon.
Thanks,
Joe

It has nothing to do with the stabilization.

It has EVERYTHING to do with the speed of the motion and the frame rate. Change the speed of the motion or change the frame rate and the judder goes away.

FYI: judder happens more often with low frame rates. Like 24p. So if you can't change the frame rate, you have to change the speed of the motion. Sorry. That's life.
