You'll find the Sennheiser to sound much better than the Lectro 100. The Sennheisers offer a frequency scan function that lets you search for clear frequencys within the blocks. I don't know if the Lectro 100 offers that function.

The Senn "A" block covers 516Mhz to 558Mhz and the "B" block covers 626Mhz to 668Mhz. There is also the "G" block that covers 566Mhz to 608Mhz. Depending where you are and what RF is in the air any of those blocks will work....or not.

When in doubt get the "A" block. Works best here in the Miami area of S. Florida. Give Rich Van Dyke a call at Pro-Sound in New Orleans, tell him I sent you. 504-309-7112.

Hello Jim and welcome to the Cow Audio Forum.

When/if Congress stops trying to hold the country hostage, the below web site can be used to punch in your Austin Zip Code for a report of what frequencies are best.

I'm using two of these units right now (one A frequency and one B) and have yet to have an issue I couldn't fix with a simple frequency adjustment. For the price, I'm not sure you can do better.

Good luck!
Mark
