Nice, Ty. I chuckled when you said audio books were up and coming. One of my first clients back in the early 70s was Listening Library. I was recording the great Alex Scourby who told me a story of the really old days of recorded literature. Back then, the talent recorded directly to a wax master which could hold about 15 minutes of program. When talent had read 12 minutes or so, the pressure really mounted because a flub would mean going back to the beginning of the side. Man, those early narrators could read.

Yes, they could! I think we have lost a bit of that over time in this age of "good enough"

But we are using (or abusing) the language more these days, so if that's how it is, that's how it is!
