I am trying to edit an old mp4 video, adding a logo. The video was originally a mov file, then exported H.264, mp4, for use on youtube using Adobe Encoder.
When I import the mp4 file, and every other file I made that day for the same client, the video plays very slow and glitches badly, while the audio plays fine. I can't edit like this, and when I export this glitchy playing video, the exported file also plays with laggy video but fine audio!
This isn't happening with any of my other files, I can't replicate the problem with any other files. I am guessing these files are corrupted, any advice would be super groovy!
