Premiere Pro Debug Event cpp-241

The issue started last night when trying to open a project file that I had previously been working on.

Open Premiere

Select Project File

Tries to open file but I get this dialogue box: "Premiere Pro has encountered an error. [..\\..\\Src\Player.cpp-241]

I click "continue"

Then another dialouge box pops up: "Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Pro to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project."

In the lower right hand corner a salmon colored box pops up that says "input contract violation"

I click "ok" in the error message and then it tells me "Adobe Premiere Pro CC has stopped working" and prompts me to close the program.

All of my project files worked yesterday, now only a handful of them will open.

I have a Dell XPS Windows 10 24G of RAM

Any help would be much appreciated! I have deadlines approaching.

I've had the same thing occur on my system lately.
It seems to be RED Giant Universe plug ins. Sometimes I can clear the transitions before the program crashes, other times I've just uninstalled universe, re-save the file with the transitions cleared, the re-install universe. Knoll light factory was crashing it the hardest.
Im using windows 7 with intel 4790k, 32 gb of ram, gigabyte GTX 970, Gigabyte z97-hd3p motherboard.
