I just removed Premiere Pro and Media Encoder 2018 and installed 2019. Why? Because I had an old Tesla card and 2018 was the only version that still supported it. Why 2019 now that I have a newer CUDA engine? Because 2020 keeps crashing my server. So I have 2019 in, created a new Premiere project, did what I wanted, and saved it. The file being used is an MP4 file with an .h265 file in it. No audio. So I tried importing it into Media Encoder 2019 and got the above useful message. Any ideas?
