Premiere cuses my laptop to overheat, any idea why?
on Mar 25, 2019 at 3:13:44 am

so i was working with my laptop on a project.
and i have noticed that everytime i do the following:

1.exporting footage from premiere

2.playing unrendred footage on the timeline

3.rendering footage on the timeline.

the CPU Temperature is starting to fluctuate between 60-80C

the thing is when im working on AE or Blender. the Temperature usually to somewhere between
50 to slightly about 70.

any ideas why premiere to temperature to rise like this?

Yes. The processors are being taxed. When they are working, and working hard, they get hot. Exporting footage...that makes the processors work hard. Playing unrendered footage...depending on what that footage is, meaning it might be H.264 or some other highly compressed camera format...that will peg the processors, and then they get hot. When you render the footage, that hits the processors, and they get hot.
