Reformatting subtitles for different video formats
on Sep 7, 2018 at 3:53:46 pm

Hello,

I have to create subtitles on videos for different platforms and these platforms have different formatting requirements.

For example, one style is a 1080p, 16:9 video and another is 1080x1080 1:1 square video.

I'm looking for a way to create the subtitles in one of these styles and then reformat them into the other without having to manually go through each title clip and change the attributes.

A) Is there a way to select, say, 50 title clips and change all of their attributes?

B) Is there a way to export my titles as an SRT, bring them into PremiereSRT, then use an appropriate .prtl file to reformat them?

Any ideas would be appreciated!
