So I am working on a project and I have clips from DSLR, GoPro, and IPhone X. My issue is that the IPhone does some wild color grading and I’m having a hell of a time trying to match it to my other footage. Does anyone know of a present to match or is there an easier way to remedy this issue?

Use Handbrake to transcode the iPhone footage into a better codec with a fixed frame rate. I doubt you used an iPhone app that forces the phone camera to shoot at a fixed frame rate and in a good codec. People who have it know WHY they have it and they always use it.
If you happen to have lip-sync audio on this iPhone footage, you're going to have a Right Royal Pain in the body part of your choice fixing it. Transcoding the footage won't help the sync problems. Once you shoot variable, you're doomed.
