Pixelated Plaid Shirt in Timelapse out of Adobe Premiere Pro

Hey everyone, hoping someone can help me out with an issue that I'm having here. I'm not sure if it's going to be a duh moment or something more detailed but any help is very much appreciated.

I'm exporting a 1920x1080 video out of Premiere that has a timelapse in the sequence that was shot on my 5D mark iii. I created the timelapse on my timeline as an image sequence. I exported with a high bit rate and 2 pass, and it looks great when I play it on quicktime on my computer, but playing the video on my phone causes that plaid shirt of the guy in the timelapse to become extremely pixelated.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here? My computer plays the video fine, but it seems like something is wrong when playing the video on the phone. I chose max render quality and depth in export.

Thank you!!

Evan

A phone screen does not possess anywhere near the resolution of a computer screen.
If you want a video file to play on your phone, make a file intended to play on your phone.
