I applied the FCP keyboard to Adobe Premiere when I moved to Premiere a few years ago. Everything has worked well for me. With the latest update of Premiere Pro CC 2018, however, something has happened to the track select/move tool. Originally, I would type T for moving a single track, then hold down Shift for all tracks. Then with CC they reversed it: press T and all tracks are selected by default, hold down Shift to change it to a single arrow and move the selected track. With the latest update the default of moving all tracks still works. But when I hold down the Shift key and get the single arrow, I am unable to move the selected track. Instead, I get an icon that prompts to move the clips up or down without letting them slide one way or the other. But the clips are locked if I try to slide them horizontally. There is probably a new protocol for this move but I haven't figured it out. Anyone else experiencing this?
