Thin lines shake in Premiere

Hey everyone,

First of all, thanks in advance for your help! I'm getting started with Premiere and video editing, and while I feel like I've gotten better at some things, there's still a lot I don't understand. I've hit a wall with the issue I'm facing and could really use some help.

I'm currently having an issue with a video I'm editing. The subject is on top of a wooden surface, so there's a lot of thin small lines. In my original shots all these lines are sharp and clear. Once I start editing in Premiere, some of those clips experience some interference (I don't really know what to call it).

I'm layering some effects and thought at first it might be one of the lens flares for some reason. But after exporting a couple of tests I've found that while deleting the effect in the clips that display issues seems to fix it, there are other shots (with same set up, angle, distance...) that do have that effect and do not have issues with the lines. I've added 2 examples below.

This issue is visible both in the project window at full resolution and in the renders. Please let me know if you need any other info. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Clip from video with lens flare from EZ knoll light factory applied:

As you can see the first time you see the head on shot, the floor is vibrating. The second time I show the same angle (has the same exact LUT and effects applied, including the lens flare), there's no vibration.

Clip from video without lens flare applied:

The first scene no longer vibrates once the lens flare is taken away, but in other cases, like the above, the flare doesn't seem to cause this problem.

Thanks all!

Sorry about the broken links, here they go again:

Sorry all, for some reason the links aren't working, but if you copy paste (I know, what is this, the 19th century?) the address the videos are there.

Thanks again for any help!

[Byron Stanford] "The first scene no longer vibrates once the lens flare is taken away,"

Simple solution, don't use the effects.

As much as I appreciate your solution, as you can read in my original post. Some scenes have the effect applied and don't display this problem.

Can't view examples, but make sure you are not using an interlaced sequence or export. Try disabling GPU acceleration and use CPU only - that sometimes helps with strange effect issues.
