How to add a watermark on server side through ffmpeg and Libavfilter?

anybody can help me out to add watermark on server side through ffmpeg, i think this is only way to add watermark on your website videos, my ffmpeg virsion is
FFmpeg version SVN-r26402, Copyright (c) 2000-2011 the FFmpeg developers
built on Aug 17 2011 00:51:29 with gcc 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-50)
configuration: --prefix=/usr/local/cpffmpeg --enable-shared --enable-nonfree --enable-gpl --enable-pthreads --enable-libopencore-amrnb --enable-decoder=liba52 --enable-libopencore-amrwb --enable-libfaac --enable-libmp3lame --enable-libtheora --enable-libvorbis --enable-libx264 --enable-libxvid --extra-cflags=-I/usr/local/cpffmpeg/include/ --extra-ldflags=-L/usr/local/cpffmpeg/lib --enable-version3
libavutil 50.36. 0 / 50.36. 0
libavcore 0.16. 1 / 0.16. 1

Try adding this to your command line. (with overlay.png as your watermark image with alpha)

-vf "movie=overlay.png[watermark];[in][watermark]overlay=0:0:1[out]"

overlay=0:0:1 represents the [x-position:y-position:alpha]

Careful not to overlay outside of source size as it will fail.
