HLS Code.

Guys, I have the following code. I am looking to see if anyone can offer any ideas on how to speed up encoding, and also add I guess for lack of a better word more i frames or keyframes. The video when high motion occurs gets very pixelated. I have no clue what the bufsize should be, nor the CRF or if -preset veryslow works. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!
