Yes, P3 is coming to the 2470W. This is about a 98% match to P3 Color Space. Please note that this is within the same degree of matching as many flat panel monitors that simply state that they do P3. We have not found any LCD based display, regardless of backlight used, that actually provides us with 100% of P3 Color Space. This is not to say that it doesn't exist, but we've yet to measure any LCD panel ourselves that is capable of doing full P3. I think for many a 98% or better match is considered a reasonable threshold for counting the display as being capable of the color space in question.

I'm just trying to wrap my head around this. If P3 is the DCI standard for projection, does this mean that you can color correct in a P3 color space on an LCD, and that will match a projection environment? (i.e. you don't need to correct with projection for projection delivery).
I think the dolby guys said they were full P3.
