That's the 10bit 2470W LED backlight monitor, with a scene from one of our Assignment Earth episodes on the screen, "Vanishing Cheetahs."

The only thing shared with the dreamcolor and our 2470W is the LG panel being used. Even the backlight system is different, not to mention every other piece of hardware. This is no more a modded dreamcolor than the dreamcolor is a modded LG monitor. Your friend must have misunderstood someone mentioning that the same panel is being used. Let me also add that we are by no means the only pro monitor manufacturer using this panel. It is a very nice panel and many manufacturers have or are building new 10 bit monitors around this LG panel.
