so far only this options are available fom me :
1. Canon EOS 5D mk2 ( i read that it has no 24p, but i also read that they added this feature)
2. Canon XH-A1 HDV-DV Camera / The Redrock M2 35mm Adapter,
3. Sony hdr fx7 /The Redrock M2 35mm Adapter.
which of this options will give a great quality fom my movie? ( please also state your new options )

I can only comment on 1.

Yes, it does 24p now.

The quality is unbelievable. And you'll have a job getting such great bokeh / shallow DoF on even top cameras.

But it's hard to use, especially if you have panning shots, or really, any kind of work involving a moving camera or subject matter moving toward/away from the camera. Unless you can afford to 'pimp it up' as they say, with loads of custom-made gear that is.

So it might be an idea to describe the kind of things you'll be filming before a recommended choice can be made.
