How do I get my 60fps footage slo-mo?
With the HVX it was done by itself.

You can use software like within Compressor or CinemaTools to confirm the timing to 23.976. There is a app by Red Giant, Grinder that can also do it. Doing it with the software does it the same as what the HVX is doing.

But check out this tutorial, Shane is the man and shows you how to do it.

NOTE_ always duplicate the 60p before working in CinemaTools

You have to use a program like Cinema Tools (which comes with Final Cut Studio).

- Right click and open the clip using Cinema Tools
- Bottom right hand part of the screen in Cinema Tools, there's a button that says "Conform." Click it and choose 24fps or 30fps and then you're done.

The clips automatically change after you click the conform button, even in final cut.

But as Michael pointed out, first, make a copy of your media. Cinema Tools changes the file it works on.
