I've tried to follow the manual, but I seem to be missing something.
I have a shoot Aug 8th, so I need to get this fixed.

I'm still getting a lot of fuzz and hiss.
How am I supposed to setup?
I barely hear any audio in the headphones, only when I turn the Trim all the way up.
The AGC disabler seems to just make more fuzz.

I'm using with Sennheiser G2 lavs.

Not to ask a stupid question but you do have both the wireless lav transmitter AND the wireless receiver turned on don't you? If both are not on you will get a loud hissing sound which is what made me think about it.

Otherwise I suggest you contact JuicedLInk or see if they have a user forum.

yes. they are both on.
I'm kind of getting there.
I set the sensitivity to -30 and af out to +12 on the G2's.
I thought both at 0 would be best, but when connected to headphones or t2i, -30/+12 sounded best.
But the cx211/DN101 still have a hiss.

Shouldn't I want the CX to be as low as possible on the gain and trim?

The levels you are feeding are too low.

That aside...

STRONGLY consider recording to a sync device. The camera will smash the hell out of the audio you give it.

Yeah, I'm playing the levels from the G2, still getting a lot of hiss.
I try to you my 13" Macbook Pro with Audio Hijack when I can for audio, but for events, i can't.

If you are trying to get usable audio you really need something like the Zoom H4n.
