Which is the best way to go with minimal amount of flicker?

LED/LCD/PLASMA?

The best way is to avoid the camera altogether and use a screen capture utility such as Camtasia (there are others for both Mac and PC, but Camtasia is cross-platform). If you really have to shoot with a camera, you'll need to match the frame rate of your camera as closely as possible to the refresh rate of the monitor:

The link above is angled toward the Canon T2i, but the issue is the same with all video cameras.
