"Duplicate" a timeline?

Hi,

Resolve Studio 14.3. I can't find a simple way to select a timeline in a bin and copy it with all the trims, edits, c.c., filters, etc., so I can make different versions with modifications for the sake of comparison.

Thanks for any insight.

Err... yeah. Case of progressive male refrigerator blindness now extended to software. I was right clicking but not going into the Timeline submenu.

Thanks for for your indulgence Glenn and sorry for my wasting forum bandwidth.

[Russ Johnson] "Err... yeah. Case of progressive male refrigerator blindness now extended to software. I was right clicking but not going into the Timeline submenu."
There are no stupid questions!

They moved this function a couple of versions ago, and I curse it every time I have to fumble around for the Timeline options. There's a bunch of stuff I wish they would remove from a right-click timeline function per se, but I get this is just a philosophical difference, not a deal-killer.

We have all stared at a drop down menu and said "I'm sure it was right here", or stared right at the correct item, and not been able to read it. That's usually when I say "time to go home"

I generally say, "time for a break and another 5-Hour Energy Drink" and push on! 😁
