My next question. How to show mask when using qualifier
on Sep 20, 2017 at 9:41:29 pm

I've seen a couple of youtube videos on skin tone adjustment where they will use the eyedropper tool to sample various parts of a face to create a mask in order to adjust skin tones. As they do it the rest of the still is grayed out except for the skin. But when I do it nothing happens in the source window, only in that tiny thumbnail of a node. How do I get the mask to show in the main window as I'm creating it (in the color page, of course)?

Shift+H for highlight. You should probably read the manual. It's pretty good and comprehensive and you might learn some new tricks from there.
