sRGB REC709

Hello there.

Noob questions:

1. I have to grade some footage on Davinci Resolve using a sRGB monitor for preview.

The OUTPUT - Broadcast.

I add a preview LUT (sRGB to REC709 that I created in Nuke). When the grading is done, I disable the LUT and render the footage out, and the final footage will have some difference in gamma, right? (it'll look washed out) and it'll look COOL on TV. That's the correct workflow?

2. I don't have a broadcast monitor. What is a brodcast monitor anyway? Like my TV?
I had the chance to play on a mac system with a blackmagic graphic card and this kind of monitor connected to it via SDI (http://www.oled-info.com/files/images/Sony-PVM-2541.jpg). Is it like a sRGB monitor? If a grade some footage on this monitor, how it'll look on broadcast?

Sorry for my noob questions. Thank you very much!
