Apparently that only supports footage from Sony cameras.

No it supports any camera. But has special browsing function for sony cameras.
There is a trila version you can download.

I saw the nab 2015 video on you tube and it states thar it will work with any camera except for a few function. All my cameras are sony but diwnload the trial and check. Let us know.

The program doesn't see CinemaDNG/ARRIRAW/R3D/etc so it's completely useless unless you're shooting Sony RAW or Prores/MXF based footage.

Well it can see cinemadng but dont k ow abbout the arri flavor. Have you tried the recently released 2.0 version?

It doesn't see Blackmagic CinemaDNG. It's a Sony software for a Sony workflow.
