When I go to launch Resolve I am getting a "License Not Found - Please check that you have a valid Resolve license dongle connected" The USB dongle is indeed connected, green light is on and I can see it in the system information page under the USB heading.
Are you plugged into a USB hub? Is the hub powered? (Cheap hubs tend to be underpowered and run into trouble with multiple devices plugged in). Did you try plugging into a native port on the computer to rule out a bad dongle?
Hi Warren - No Hub. Dongle is connected to the back of the Mac Pro directly. Now that my 2 hour file transfer is complete I will try restarting. Perhaps the dongle and the USB drive were not getting along?
