i was there! Can't wait till September. Red Giant with OpenCL is going to be pretty cool. hopefully we can start getting our motion/FCPX transitions in there as well.

I found ton of cool features there. Also really exited.

Specially loved the point where real time was brought up what is really big deal.

Thanks for the share Margus.

Did you notice the change to the 3-way color wheel window? It now has a contrast and pivot control, something that I've been using a lot lately from the log control window. Let's hope they'll map it to control surfaces as well...

They were both mapped on all panels already and they were shown at NAB. No LOG control still...

While it's not as convenient as a trackball based control, I would point out that the red, green, and blue offset controls have been mapped to knobs on various third party panels for some time now, as has the master offset.

There was a time when many, if not most, colorists used either sliders or knobs rather than differential controls like joysticks or trackballs, you know........... ;-)

And there was time when colorists graded from film:-)
There is a reason why slider or knobs controls are not much used any longer. Individual offset controls are nowhere near as convenient to use as trackballs.

Strange, I recall being able to access the LOG wheels using a combination of SHIFT or ALT in the Davinci Control Surface.
