SliceX Still seeing the "Trial Expired" watermark after registering
on Aug 11, 2013 at 12:00:03 pm

As described previous people's posts... I installed the trial, did some work tests - which convinced me to buy a license, activated it, and even after quitting and repeatedly rendering all, I still have "Trail Expired" on the bits that I did previously.

Any help welcome, before I admit that I need to redo the work!

Final Cut Pro X

Thanks
Tory

There could be a couple of things going on. You only bought a license for SliceX are you trying to use Mocha tracking?

Also if you previously had auto-render on the sections may have been rendered before you purchased the license. If so just change a parameter slightly on an effect on the clip to force it to re-render and that should get rid of the trial watermark.

if that doesn't fix the problem then please email us support at coremelt dot com

I am having the same issue after registering SliceX. I have restarted FCPX and rendered everything. Watermark is still there.

Which SliceX effect are you using?
Do you have installed either a SliceX with Mocha Tracking Full Version license or a SliceX license AND a Mocha Tracking upgrade license?

Originally i purchased C2 TrackX, then i did the add-on to get C2 Slice X. The effect i'm using is the "object remover" but it doesn't seem to matter which one I add, they all have the watermark. On the licenses activated i have:
TrackX - Image and Text inserting with Mocha TrackX
Mocha Tracking for SliceX Upgrade - Mocha Tracking extension for Slice X

"Mocha Tracking for SliceX Upgrade" is the upgrade to SliceX (without Mocha Tracking) and not to TrackX.
To enable your SliceX effects, you need to add a SliceX (without Mocha Tracking, a discontinued product) license, or a SliceX Full Version license.

Okay, thank you for clarification. When I hit the "purchase upgrade' button, it just took me to a page and I bought it for $49. I assumed it took me to the correct page. Can you send me the link I need for the SliceX software to work?
