Welcome and Greetings

Hello, and welcome to the CoreMelt Plugins forum. Roger and Eberhart have been here a little longer than me, so this is just a brief introductory post to let you know what I can help you with. My role here is mostly to answer questions about using the plug-ins:

- How do I do X?
- What's plug-in Y good for?
- Are there recommended settings for Z?

Bug reports and "This doesn't work!" are more likely to be answered by Roger or Eberhart in the first instance. If you've used CoreMelt plug-ins previously, you might have seen some of my tutorial videos on Shatter and Luminous plug-ins, available on the CoreMelt website:

When I'm not building CoreMelt tutorials, I am an editor, animator, designer, developer and Apple Certified Trainer based in Brisbane, Australia. I've been editing on and off since 1991 and teaching on and off since 1998. Though I've taught privately and at tertiary level, these days I split my time mostly between looking after my young daughter and freelance work. Previous clients have included Microsoft and the Queensland Government.

Most of my day-to-day work is in Final Cut Studio or Adobe Creative Suite, but I've also played with many tools between, from Quartz Composer to Second Life. I run a motion graphics template stock site:

...a video podcast where every shot is five seconds long:

...and a blog with lots more:

...including an area with tips and tricks on many topics:

Looking forward to helping you with CoreMelt.
