"Specifications not found" for cameras in Lock & Load
on Mar 21, 2014 at 10:40:06 pm

I think I have the latest version of Lock & Load but L&L can't seem to find the specifications for all of the cameras listed under the "Choose Camera" pop-up menu. Where can I find them?

For which camera are you missing the specifications? Does Lock & Load show an error message?

Regards, Eberhard

Every camera type supports only one or few video formats.
What is the format of your video (spatial size and frame rate)?
And which camera model does this video come from?

I was trying it out on a clip from a Canon C100 at 1080 29.97. Mostly I just wanted to make sure I had the complete kit. So it sounds like I do have a complete kit but I'm also giving you user-interface feedback. The dialog box saying "Specifications Not Found" led me to think something was missing rather than that my clip's video format wasn't appropriate for that camera. Perhaps a re-wording of that dialog box might help to avoid user confusion.

We have no specifications for the Canon C100, but you can adjust the shutter distortion coefficient manually.
