Hi Guys,

I have to fulfill the holes in the very old digitalized footage.
I would like to ask which software will be the best for this job?
I attached samples from this video.

There are a few ways to go in repairing footage like this. The damage is severe. One way is to import the frames as a frame movie into Adobe Photoshop, and repair it on a frame-by-frame basis with tools like the healing brush and clone stamp tools. You could also use a vector-based video compositor like Adobe After-Effects, perhaps with some plug-ins specifically made to help do this kind of thing. There will be no easy fix for this level of film repair, because you're fixing actual holes, as well as scratches and stains.
