To be able to use HD .tga sequence at any frame rate , progressive or interlaced, in NTSC or PAL

Need an advise & best workflow :

Rendering an animation-clip in a 3D appl. (or AE) in HD 1920x1080 at 50 Fps in Targa Sequence (not interlaced), can I use this render in AE without any problem at various HD settings in NTSC or PAL, in progressive or interlaced ?

In other words, does a render in TGA Seq not interlaced @ 50 or 60Fps can be used in AE in a new composition with settings @ 24p or 25i or 50i or 60i and so on ...?
(Off course the duration clip will change, depending of the frame rate of the new comp.)

What should be the best workflow in AE to do that ?

Can you confirm that in a .tga sequence rendered with no fields there is not any reference to the frame rate ?

Many thanks in advance for your kind replies.

P.S.: To be clear, I want to render some animations in HD 1920x1080 in a ".something sequence" & be able to use these renders in AE at any frame rate, progressive or interlaced in NTSC or PAL.
